Contribution to the project

BSB leads WP4. Through interviews and surveys, BSB research team will identify drivers and barriers and behavioural antecedents in the adoption for grape growers of tolerant genotypes and IPM practices in viticulture and evaluate the impact of policy interventions on the adoption of tolerant genotypes and IPM practices in viticulture.

BSB is also in charge of analysing consumer knowledge, acceptance and perceptions towards reduced pesticides in viticulture and willingness to pay for products deriving from resistant hybrids, somaclones and NPBT-derived plants through a survey by questionnaire in the main wine consuming countries in Europe.
