Our partner Cristina Menéndez from Universidad de la Rioja (UR) participated on March 7, 2025, in the 3rd Technical Conference in La Rioja, Spain. She presented PIWI varieties and shared preliminary results from the Shield4Grape project. Addressing an audience of winegrowers, winery consultants, oenologists, and policymakers, she highlighted the project’s objectives and training efforts in promoting sustainable viticulture.
