
On May 6, 2025, the Burgundy School of Business (BSB) welcomed a group of students from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, enrolled in wine and hospitality studies, for an educational visit focused on sustainable viticulture and innovation in the wine sector.
As part of the visit, the BSB team presented the Shield4Grape project, a Horizon Europe initiative aimed at enhancing grapevine resilience and promoting sustainable viticulture. Discussions included key research findings on the drivers and barriers to the adoption of New Breeding Techniques (NBT) among grape producers.
The session encouraged valuable international exchange, linking agricultural innovation with global education in wine and hospitality.
